The hotel offers a mix of positive and negative points. The rooms had everything needed for a comfortable stay, but the location seemed crowded and a bit hard to find. The service was excellent, with kind and accommodating staff, but there were no nearby restaurants or shops. The dining experience was enjoyable with a variety of food, although the location lacked eateries within walking distance.
My stay at the hotel was delightful overall. The rooms were huge and beautifully finished, although there was occasional noise due to events. The service, especially from Adrian, Rosa, and Lara, was excellent, notwithstanding early visits. The location was fantastic with great pools and a well-stocked pool bar, even though it was quiet with limited nearby amenities. The dining experience offered great variety and quality, making it a pleasant surprise. The facilities were top-notch, adding to the overall comfort and enjoyment.
